**The Digital Online Library’s vision is to elevate the digital library (DL) & Virtual library (VL), so that it becomes "expansively global and deeply local." It will advance the digital transition of scholarly information in various spheres: scholars will have access to the highest quality research collections worldwide through services that support and enable new scholarship and make it as open as possible. It will support all digital formats throughout their life cycle with a full range of services, especially to surface unique digital assets and collections. Through partnerships and alliances, which will elevate services to the network level for maximum impact. Digital Library is a storehouse of Indexed Articles, Indexed Journals, Indexed Books, Indexed Libraries, and Other Indexing Objects and it is nothing but a cross-reference system in which digital online organizations provide a digital number for a particular object or article. The Digital Library is helping to develop an international strategy to collect, archive, and preserve the burgeoning amounts of digital content like journals, articles, books, and conference proceedings for current and future generations. 

Virtual Library is basically a storehouse of Lab Manual in various fields and was developed to collect, archive, and preserve the burgeoning amounts of digital content like Virtual Books, Virtual Animal Labs., and virtual experimental labs.  It is used for providing the Digital Collections & Services, Web Capture and Archiving, Custodian Videos, and for accessing print, pictorial, and audio-visual collections, and other digital services like Virtual Books, Virtual Animal Lab, and Virtual Experimental Lab. The library’s commitment to providing digital access to materials of historical importance extends to content that exists only in digital form, including websites.
